Coconut Milk Rice
Ingredients:
- Basmati rice (a cup)
- onion(4)
- Green chilly(5)
- pudina(a cup)
- Patta ,lavangam
- Ginger-garlic paste (2 table spoon)
- Coconut milk(a cup)
- Garam masala(a pinch)
1.Soak Basmati rice in water for min 20 mins.
2. Heat oil , and add patta , lavangam ,onion and green chilly.
3.when onion turns transparent, add ginger garlic paste and pudina.
4.Now add soaked basmati rice , coconut milk and close the pan with whistle.
5.Serve hot with any spicy gravy.
